We have an outstanding reputation for delivering exceptional care to older Chinese and South East Asian individuals.
With a 35-year history, ANHF is able to care for people who are no longer able to care for themselves due to illness, fragility or dementia. Our philosophy of “Love, serve and respect our neighbour’s elders as our own” continues to inspire us to provide the best model of care for our seniors.
We have three residential aged care homes located in the following areas.
- Bernard Chan Nursing Home in Burwood
- Chow Cho Poon Nursing Home in Earlwood
- Lucy Chieng Aged Care Centre in Hurstville
We have been recognised with best practice awards for achieving the highest standard of care in the delivery of culturally and linguistically appropriate aged care for traditional Chinese and South East Asian cultures.
Our commitment to government legislative compliance and aged care standards in the industry enables ANHF to continue serving our seniors as a best practice operator.
Our meals, programs and activities are culturally tailored to provide a familiar and comfortable setting so that our residents feel right at home. We make it our continued promise to ensure our senior residents maintain a healthy, stimulating and active lifestyle.
To enrol into one of our aged care facilities, an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) will discuss your needs and suitability. An ACAT assessor is a health care professional that will evaluate your physical, mental and social situation and decide if you are eligible for placement in our homes . The assessor will then discuss the results of the assessment with you and arrange referrals to our community care or residential care services.
Please feel free to contact My Aged Care for more information on 1800 200 422. You may also wish to take a tour of our facilities by contacting the respective nursing homes directly.
